How do you dilute the GSE? and regarding coconut oil, my husband and I both find that when we use it topically it causes B.O. so I guess everybody is different. I do want to try the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract though becuase until I can cleanse beyond stinkyness I am finding that over the counter deodorants without chemicals don't work and the one's that claim to be harmless are often lying. oy.
