Cut the avocado and take the core seed out, and then cut the inner pulp of the avocado in smaller cubes. Spoon them out the cubes and put in a food processor that can also act as a blender. (I have the one that is used with the hand blender and can also grind, more like a multipurpose food processor, very small). Put a tablespoon of organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, one tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, chopped onions, salt, black pepper (the choice of condiments are at your choosing) and process it in the food processor till it becomes creamy. Of course you can also put herbs of your choosing.
