the best way to heal ur lips is to use bactroban...iv tried the scab thing ,,it does work but it takes an awful long time and it sometimes slips off requiring u to start all over again. i have just had a lip biopsy and my lips have gone completely weird, i have local anesthesia injected into my lip and i think it has had an effect on the way the skin forms on top of the raw areas...please let me know if this has happened to u.

anyway i did the bactroban thing before the biopsy and it healed almost all of my top lip and some of my bottom, way faster than that scabbing thing did... basically u have to apply it 3x a day, starting at raw skin..the skin forming on top will be shocking white and soft...as it heals underneath, this skin will turn see through. good luck...i really hope i can do this again after my lip goes back to the way it was before the biopsy.
