a veteran of olive oil

i think youre way ahead of us, hawk. considering the length of time you have been consuming olive oil, your liver should be in fine shape. when the liver gets full of bad fats, the stuff it normally filters and sloughs into the gut backs up into the upper body. aching in between the shoulder blades and ear wax are both indications of inadequate liver function.

the reason this is working for folks so well is two-fold - not enough ingestion of plant fats and poor/overwhelmed liver function. some of the oil is absorbed while oil pulling and certainly some filtration of blood and drawing of toxins from the upper body is also taking place.

you should be a lesson to us all. you can believe i am paying attention!

thanks
