I'm confused about something here. I read on the site, that the olive oil justs gets absorbed into the body. I guess that means it goes through the intestines and is metabolized. And, I believe that the gall bladder empties into the intestines.....the stomach does not empty into the gall bladder. So, how does the olive oil soften the stones? (I've seen that statement in some of the posts.) And really, what is the purpose of all the olive oil? Is it just to encourage the gall bladder to unload itself, with the hope the stones will come out?
