My vegan friend...
Hi,
In the last eight weeks, a friend of mine has lost 35
lbs. He did it by switching his diet to completely vegan.
He made no other change.
He did not begin an exercise program.
He did not take pills, herbs, supplements, or anything else.
He simply went vegan.
He did it, BTW, "because" he had been having gall bladder attacks, and he figured a low-fat, vegan diet would be the best solution to his problem. I told him about this site, but he already knew the solution to his problem.
He's had only one attack in that time, and it was relatively minor (45 minutes, much less pain, vs. the usual 2 hours, with lots more pain). As far as he's concerned, that's simply a sign that his remaining gall stones are shrinking.
Naturally, his medical doctor (and the specialists) are all insisting that things are only going to get worse. He just laughs at them. I think he likes going to see them just to play logic games with 'em.
Anyway, I just thought you'd all like to know about it.
In other news, today's been a completely vegan day for me. I just might have to make the complete switch sooner than later. Yee-haw!
And finally,
Dr. Schulze 's SuperFood is looking like the solution to all my vegan "can't get enough" blues. Calcium? B12? Trace minerals? It's in there!
