I'm tellin' ya - you should try oil pulling. Especially start with sesame oil, it seems to me to be the strongest I've tried so far. If you can only go 5 minutes to start then that will be all you can do at first. Really, I don't intend to stop pulling because it has so many healthful benefits, and makes me feel good besides my mouth being cleaner. It zaps the bacteria for awhile, then you have to do it again in 4 hours or so if you really need to. You just have to wait 4 hours after you eat before doing it again.
