Carob Pudding to die for!

Dear Everyone,

I've been experimenting in the kitchen and discovered the most wonderful dessert. I take 3 tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds, 1 heaping tbls carob powder, 6-8 oz of organic coconut milk, 1 tbls organic coconut oil, 3 shakes of cinnamon, 7 drops of stevia; blend for about 5-8 minutes until smooth. Stop to scrap the sides it you need to and OMG....

You can either eat it at room temp or refrigerate. It's excellent for killing candida as well.
