Body cleansing doesn't have to be expensive, and one size doesn't fit all
That is an excellent post. I didn't see anything in there, though, addressing a couple of things...
- High cost doesn't always guarantee the best results. While this will take some investment of time, it doesn't have to cost a lot of money. As Kelley mentions in the first paragraph, there are many products on television, and I'm adding on the web, in stores...but body cleansing doesn't mean one must spend hundreds of dollars on special products. Some people have had excellent results mostly using something basic, like psyllium, water, and a good diet. Specially formulated herbal products may not be necessary for everyone at every stage in life. Others may find that special herbal formulations, or a cleansing "system," are worth the money.
- One size doesn't fit all. Not everyone reacts the same way to stuff. Generally, I prefer internally-taken products, but for quick relief, I found enemas to be helpful. I felt "stripped" internally after just a couple of enemas (one per day) in a row, though. I have taken herbal colon cleansing products that seemed to cause me constipation. The body, and different methods/herbs/foods, will interact in complex ways, and not everyone reacts the same way to them.
Listen to your body and be patient.
