I always get my liquid (I've used water or juice) VERY cold, and it helps to offset the taste of the ES. Also, I have friends that have used capsules (vegetable cellulose, not gelatin) to get the ES down. I don't know if you have access to a good health food store where you live, but a small (24 at a time) encapsulation machine is about $10(U.S.). I hope you can find a way to use the treatment....you'll be glad you did. Best wishes for good health!!
