I just wanted to let you know that the pain hasn't returned and I am in the process of completing my second cleanse tonight. I do feel much better than I have in a while. My allergies are better as well as I haven't taken any medicine for over a week now. I am not at all apprehensive this time because of the results of the first one. I am trying it again because I want to make sure that I have gotten as many as possible and I have read several post that a number of people have done it every other day for three to five times. I will probably give it a rest of about two weeks for the third time but will get on a schedule of every two weeks until there is nothing else showing up.

I thank you all for your encouraging words and after I complete this I will look into doing the intestinal cleans and the kidney cleanse as well. Greg, thank you for the information. I did do an intestional cleanse about 25 years ago. I did feel better but it didn't help my allergies then, could be that I didn't do the right one. It was a success but for some reason life and making a living plus being fairly healthy otherwise I just didn't repeat it again. I have always been healthy or at least thought I was, except for the allergies, I don't get too sick. I haven't had the flu but may-be twice in my adult life and hardly ever a cold even. I have had trouble with my ears due to the head congestion and often a headache because of the sinus pressure.

I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow, God is an Awsome God and He does lead us in all our ways if we just trust Him with all our hearts.
