I am taking oregon grape root at the moment, oil of oregano is great but unfortunaltey i used this last time i had candida and they say to use a different antifungal next time round as the get resistant to the previouse one:(, i have some oxy cleanse left as i took it for a month in januray this year!
I also take lots of coconut oil which is good for candida, i have just ordered some trialpha, and also natural cellular defense which i've heard good things about.
Is it true about oil pulling taking out magnesium ?
