I read through the site. Thanks. NOw for the 30 day program, is each one for thrity days or you do all of them within 30 days? Meaning you take the supplements every day and after 30 days you've completed it? I do understand that not everyone will be at their optimal health after 30 days; most probably need another month.
Am I understanding that correctly?

I tried the candida diet and it lasted... one day.
yes this is an excuse but, I work full time have children/homework at night (many nights alone) and am living the "American Dream" which for me comes with the standard american diet.
I can not tolerate fish. I don't have any health food stores or a Whole Foods convenient to me. I am also on a real budget- no extra money for things. I need to make ends meet with what I have.
I have made the choice to grab an apple or a banana instead of a snickers bar, but I know for candida the fruit is still sugar. This was difficult with Halloween yesterday, but I had the willpower and had no candy. ( last year, that was not the case)
I would really like to know how other middle class, middle aged, full time working moms do this!
