My 14yos has done two cleanses. He is a bit adventurous. He wanted to try one because dh and I were doing them. The first time he had trouble drinking the olive oil/grapefruit juice. He didn't get out very many at all. He was disappointed. The second time he knew what to expect. He got out about 30 stones.
