Thank you! you just convinced me to do it Saturday...thank you!
I know you should wait at least two weeks between flushes and not do on after Master-Cleanse until Biles are up and running.. so about two weeks on that as well.
Any suggestions what I should be concentrating on eating from now Till Sat? that will help make the flush as productive as possible?
