Garlic make you Smart!

I don't think Dr. Beck know what he's talking about about garlic is toxin and danger.

Well, Asian people eat tons of garlic. Go to the asian store you see garlic pickle, garlic, garlic and garlic.

Asian was one of the smartest race on earth. After they accept american diet, now they become pron to sickness, acne, cancer, etc.... American diet rarely use garlic, if they did use, very little.


Even today, Asian continue to be the smartest. Beside satistic, some even live up to more than a hundred years old.

The FRENCH, the PORTUGE, the SPANISH, etc comsume hi dose of garlic in their diet everyday. Pay a visit to your local OLIVE GARDEN restaurant or the PIZZA parla.

God said everything is good in the book of Genesis. The only thing that God said is not good is MAN CANNOT BE ALONE WITHOUT HIS GIRL PARTNER.


In my opinion, everything is good for a certain thing or a certain people. Thats why some herbal, vitam, or curing device work or doesn't work on a certain people.

Some people cannot take vitamin at all. They are healthy without them.
Some people never got sick. Some people got sick all their lives and never die. Some got sick and die in the same day or day or two. Some people had sex with a HIV person but never contract the disease.

In short, there are many mysterious situation, only God knows.

Don't take everything what people say, I don't care Dr. Beck or Dr. Clark has to say.
Listen to the user of what they as to say.

I find Dr. Beck or Dr. Clark work and NOT work for a number of people.

What puzzle me is that, EXCERCISE, healthy Diet do work for everyone 99.99% of the time. EXCERCISE, healthy Diet CAN MAKE ANYONE LOOKING YOUNGER and HEALTHIER.

So, if you are sick, try a little exercist first before jumping into other quick fix regiment.
