I have to admit, last night it was so bad I thought I would die - not just the earache but the addition of the horrible severe pain in the left side of my neck and up to the left side of my cranium - unbelievable.

Well, I did not have the energy to make a new batch of hydrogen peroxide so I used what was left in the dropper bottle from an old batch - filled each ear (but did not hear any bubbling sounds like you do with the drugstore variety) tilted my head for about five minutes each and then at bedtime (after reading another post somewhere) applied the tea tree oil.

It is much better today, I must say - so do use the hydrogen peroxide as it does work - I am also making a new batch of grapfruit seed extract for my sinus cavaties as I read that all this is connected. The only thing that has worked for me in the past with cleaning out my sinuses is the grafruit seed extract - unbelievable. So, if you have any of that use that too.

thanks for the advice on the antiinflammatories - do you take them in capsule form or what? Do you order them from companies like Gaia Herbs?

God knows, if you make the mistake of going to a doctor, WE ALL KNOW what the results will be - money out of your pocket for nothing (especially if you do not have insurance like me) and their only solution, as usual, is drugs, i.e in this case Antibiotics ....talk about really destroying your health!
