You are now at the Oxygen Therapies forum,
so I assume you really want to know about h2o2.

It is a powerful therapeutic.
Your question is too broad.
However, all questions get answers.
It just may take some time to find yours.

I have a couple of suggestions,
  one general, and one specific :
    1. (specifically)  Freud was an atheist.
That would cancel his "hope" therapy you quoted.
    2. (generally) we should all have self-portraits.
To get one installed, go to Profile, and follow the
directions. So far, only I and Rog have self-portraits.
Oh yes, and that nice lady, pixie-poet or something.

So, in summary, get a picture, get rid of Freud,
and get the book at the top of the page,
"Flood Your Body With Oxygen" - you'll love it.
And then ask specific questions here, you will
get the answers you need.
