Since these general pains might come from any place, you could start with a colon cleanse. There are reflex points in the intestines, so when a certain point is not flowing well or irritated you might feel it in the neck, shoulder etc. If I eat a certain food I get right breast pain.
Try to remember what you ate before it happened and avoid that food.
For general problems like that, because it can also be the gallbladder, I take a glass of water with 1 tbs Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate).
