I add a can of organic diced tomatoes, diced onion, carrot, celery, cabbage, and potato. I add water to cover and simmer just until tender. I usually make enough that I can freeze some for Liver Flushing later. I do not add any fat coming off the fast but after reheating it, I add Sea Salt and ground cayenne to taste. I have added other vegetables as desired. Spinach, zucchini, and green beans are compatible.
This soup is not really a recipe so much as cut and toss in a pot, cover with liquid and cook lightly. I like leftovers too...ggg.
