Well, you never read his book, or at least the chapter he wrote that in. He said "IT DOESN'T MATTER IF I BELIEVE THE FOLLOWING, BECAUSE I AM BEING FORCED TO SAY IT." Then he started saying that Doctors know best and that drugs are the only way and the surgery is something we need all the time. And then he said that he was 70. Do you see the context? It was a joke, why don't people get that????
