If I switch to this diet, will I loose any muscle or will I be able to maintain or even gain some muscle? I dont want to put alot of time in the gym for nothing if i'm not going to gain anything.
And just for the record, i'm not just using weights for my muscle gains. I to pullups, dips, hindu squats, wall walks, and diamond push ups incorporated into my weight routines. I do however use dumbells and some pulley exercises for added resistance for optimal muscle growth.
