Prostrate Enlargement may cause infertiliy

Hello to everyone here, I need your help please my boyfriend is haveing problems with his testicles witch have become very swollen like a grapefruit the doctor says it is a cyst and he has to make an insertion to remove or do a hysterectomy please does anyone have any suggestion as we want to have kids if this happens he will be infertile. can you please give suggesions for us.
