Re: The Magic Pill/A Cure in a Bottle

Hi, I am new to this site. I think this site is the cutting edge as far as uniting a band of chronic bad breath sufferers together, and presenting ourselves with a voice by making known to each other that we are desperately in need help.

Like me, you are wondering why after all these years, not one prescription medication manufactured to alleviating chronic bad breath sufferers? Almost every month on TV, new prescription medications are advertised for petty disorders such as fungal nails, psoriasis, sleepy/tired legs syndrom, ect, but sadly, no chronic bad breath medications. Perhaps financial interest groups are responsible for the lack of progress in finding a cure? If so, how do we unite to get the pharmaceutical companies’ attention, and for them to think about researching, testing, and formulating viable medications to curing chronic halitosis?

I’ve spoken to Richard Downs, DDS, and informed him that there are hundreds of us suffering in vain. He was aware of the website badbreathhalitosis.com, and said that Jimi invited him for an interview but he hasn’t gotten around to it yet. I've also emailed/spoken to Harold Kazt, Professor Mel Rosenberg, Dr. Richter, and Dr. Speiser, K12/Bliss. I begged them to become our spokesman by telling the medical community and their colleagues that we need help. I’ve also asked my friend, who is a doctor why there isn’t any medication to help us, and what can we do to make our suffering known.

I want to create a petition, with as many names and testimonials of sufferer as possible, and summit our decrees to pharmaceutical companies, doctors, dentists, soliciting their attention that medications are a vital component in the search for a cure. I believe doctors, such as Katz, Speiser, Richter are individuals with financial interest whom undermine a cure from surfacing. Indeed, that may surely mean the end of their financial empire. Nonetheless, we need to advocate for ourselves. I am so tired of living in powerlessness over this nightmare. We can’t no longer sit and wait in vain. Life is passing us by. We continue to struggle in vain, missing out on the quality of life in which we are entitled. It’s our right to live in happiness, dignity, and pride, rather than embarrassment, isolation, and depression.

Let’s begin an outline what we need to do, organizing ourselves, and advocate for a viable prescription medication to curing chronic bad breath. Our passion may lead us to higher grounds, if we are able to unit. After all, these doctors are not shading tears of anguish; they’re yours and mine. These doctors aren’t crying out in utter disparity and hopelessness; it’s you and me. Let’s find a way to advocate for ourselves. I am so tired of surveying for a cure in a bottle at nearby drugstores which will never materialize. How and where do we begin? I don’t know, but I do know that we are true survivors, and our determination and courage has lead us to Jimi’s site. I don’t mind doing the leg work as far as writing a rough draft. However, I need your help, ideas, and support. We can begin writing our testimonials, pain, anguish, and failures in our attempts in finding a cure. Submit as many as we can to Jimi, with a letter of representation, our requests, and motives. Jimi can send them out to pharmaceutical companies, MDs, DDSs, ect. We got nothing to lost, perhaps within our lifetime; maybe a viable cure may be invented. If we don’t benefit in our present life, perhaps future sufferers may give thanks to us, at lease we had the satisfaction knowing we took matters into our own hands.

Faithfully,

Oceanside.
