That is fantastic about your back pain relief! Well I am on a mission to find the pumpkin seed oil as I have a variety of health food stores and gourmet shoppes in my area. If not, then I will order it online at the VitaCost website from the post below. My local health food market people are really nice and might order it special for me too.

I know that there are a variety of pumpkins and not only the orangy ones we are all so use to seeing at Halloween. I would like to get my hands on some of the green pumpkin seeds as those are probably really good to eat too! Must be chockfull of good vitamins.
