Need some advice please

I am so sick of drinking and I am happy to read the posts and hear the success stories, it gives me hope. My question is, I want to get kudzu root and there are many varieties at the vitamin store, does it matter how many (mg) I get, and will it begin to work immediately? I am going to get some when the store opens.
Any words of encouragement will be appreciated and does it really work?
