Hi, If you can stay completely off Sugar and booze for 3/4 days it gets easier. After a week you will stop thinking about it. After 2weeks you start to dislike the very thought of it. I was the complete chocoholic for many years. Now the family leave chocks around the house and I just ignore it and have no desire, as it makes me remember the horrid way it made me feel.Love and Light, Deotima.
