high ALT and AST

Hi ,I have just picked up my blood tests and for the first time my ASPARTATO AMINOTRASFERASA (AST) and ALANINA AMINOTRANSFERASAS (ALT) are doubled.AST 80 and ALT 180 .(the values are in Spanish,as I live in Spain but I think the names tec are international and I don't know the English words).)is this very high? I have had hep C for 30 years,no major problems but quite high viral charge.I also have candiasis,which I found out a couple of weeks ago and doing the anticandida diet according to the yeast connection web approach.I haver to start taking natural antifungals and feel sooo confused and worried if they might be bad for my liver.I would appriciate a lot if you can share your experience.
