I had some simular problems that have been helped with Black-Walnut tincture, though not 'officially' diagnosed as prostatitis. I don't know the potency of the Black-Walnut in the cleanse you are using, but you might want to try something higher in potency. I found the "extra strength" tincture from shrc.net is the best (run by Hulda Clark 's son), though I bought some recently from the vitamin store made by "Herb Pharm".

Also, electromedicine like blood electrification might help clear out any systemic infection. See links at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Beck-n-stuff/files/ for more information.

Do you get a plugged up sinus as well? That happens to me. It's like an internal barometer.
