maybe the vitamin E is doing you some good as well. Hain has an offering of sunflower and another of safflower oil, both with vit E and reasonably priced. the thing i didnt like about them is they are in plastic. i think this is more of a problem for men than women, but then i have had to be picky in the past and it bleeds over, no pun intended.
