I feel so great mentally when I eat good wholesome foods but these same foods cause my blood pressure to get really low and then I get weak and tired. Sea Salt helps but I have to eat alot of it then my lips crack and my skin starts to get dry even though I am drinking a lot of water. Foods high in potassium help with the lip and skin problems but REALLY makes my blood pressure plummet.
Is there a cure for low blood pressure, someone wrote something a while back about cayenne pepper?
and what is the cause?
