Thank you so much for responding and soooo thoroughly. I do recieve great hope at my eczema healing in hearing about your neices and everytime you answer questions that I have come across. I appriciate the info on nutrition. I have been cutting unhealthy foods from my diet since I found this forum; and I never realized how many various ones I eat small amounts of, but there are a lot of them. You have made me aware of watching what I am putting into my body and I appriciate it. I think the cutting out of coffee and diet soda has helped. THANK YOU! I will be upping my spinach and brocolli intake and such :) ....and no, not one of my doctors the whole time I was growing up talked to me about cutting out the unhealthy foods and what proactive things to eat. so thank you

As for the chelitis, apparently many things I do could be aggrivating my lips and such. All of the things you listed relate to my habits so I guess that I'll start out by going and buying some floride free toothpaste! and I'll try to steer clear of the other irratants you stated.

I am going to go and order a filter for my showerhead today also. I think you were right about my water irratating my skin. I agree with you that my shampoo and conditioner is probably causing some of the problem on my neck and shoulder and collarbone. I do have long thick hair, so, sink...here I come! That is a great idea. I'll let you know if it helps.
