cannot digest fat!

I really , desperately need help and ideas...


I cannot digest fat...i mean any fat, when i ingest fat my lungs junk up with a thick film like mucous that crashes my O2 saturation levels. I have been near death several times over this.......

Whenever i eat I take 2 Ness2 enzymes (protease-amylase-glucoamylase) and a HCL Betaine.....


Any ideas on how to fix liver so this can be corrected?????
