The way I used..
Try 10 days a juice fast mostly on Green vegies and with drinking juice of GREEN apples (for a sweet fix sometimes.. priferably in the mornings).. All juices sh be frieshly squeezed and without a pulp... Check it and see what will happen with ur Sugar addiction..;)
