if you're eating the authentic wild Tibetan berries, I can imagine you finding them a wonderful, living food. That reminds me, I've been making goji vinegar, ( with ACV) and it's got to be 'finished' by now... I've never heard of it being made, so it's purely experimental. we'll see. (and it may be that the vitamin E in the gojis is an odd thing to 'vinegar-ize' . )
If it IS good, it might turn out to be the new vinegar of choice for the Moreless drink.
