Great research and yes, it takes a lot of time and effort to cut through the crap in this industry. The bull I get from some people no longer upsets me like it used too. I shrug it off and go on to the next task at hand!

I agree with Vinny's statement. You do have to be careful about the info you put out there. Some people will misuse the info for their own greed and or there will be a misapplication of the principles/elements.
