how to introduce meat again
hey guys,
i was wondering whether anybody has got thoughts or experiences with introducing meat in their diet again.
i have not eaten meat for 15 years and partly had raw food diet etc.
as well as that i dont tolerate a lot of foods... milk, gluten, sugar... even react to fruit so i basically live on veg.- so a very restricted diet with little carbs too.
i am in serious need of protein- yes, have tried all sorts of alternative ways to get enough, usually backfired (soy, protein powder, nuts, seeds....spirulina...)
also got troubles with leaky gut syndrome now.
i tried to just go back to meat though my lymph nodes flare up and i get fungus like circles on my tongue.
am curious to hear from people who have found a good way to re-introduce meat since i am craving protein but my body doesnt seem to handle it well at the same time.
