North's Experiment WHAT KILLS THE GOOD GUYS(bis)

I was so amazed at North experiment that I decided to carry on my own with the few antifungals I had at hand: xylitol, coconut oil, coconut juice, oregano oil and GSE.


I put a dose of each antifungal in each container of yogurt base. The results were the following:

Xylitol- no yogurt

coconut oil (mind you my coconut oil was expired and I used it anyhow so this result might not be thoroughly accurate) - some yogurt - but only about half the normal growth

coconut juice - some yogurt but only about half the normal growth

oregano oil - plenty of yogurt

GSE - plenty of yogurt

So o.o. and gse do not kill the lactic bacteria - only the fungus - while coconut kills some of them.

I was so thoroughly happy to find out that garlic also killed the good bacteria that I had to make sure which product did and which did not.
