Your doctor might not be able to 'feel' or 'see' your testicular bump. That is why there are radiological tests like CT Scans, MRI, Ultrasound and Xrays. Go see a doctor and get a diagnostic test. Cancer doesn't 'feel' like anything necessarily. Until maybe its too late.
