quick temporary rash: Good or bad?

Sometimes while combating candida I'll get a rash or two, then they'll gradually go away. They still leaves some signs that I had a rash there though. Similar to old zit scars, but all glumped together. Today I got two large rashes near the sides of my body. I had a smaller rash near my stomach. The only reoccuring rash I have is near my ...ummm... groin area. That flared up and had a spotted red area. After an hour everything seemed to die down and stopped itching.

What I took before I had the rash was a glass of lemon juice in water(no syrup and i'm not fasting yet, just wanted to test it out), three tablespoons of ACV, a glass of asparagus juice with liquid vitamins, some GSE, and a glass of lemongrass. This was within an hours times. I take more stuff during the day, but this was just what I took before I got the rashes.

Does this mean that Candida is being killed off or does it mean they're fighting and coming back stronger? If it's the first case then i guess I don't mind because they go away after a short amount of time. If it's the second, then I guess I need to go harder.

thanks,
Perry
