I just sent in a really detailed email and rebecca replied in about a weeks time with a detailed protocol for me. I have been having more success and feeling tons better with better results ever since. My problem was estrogen dominance. Some of the stuff I was doing wasn't good for me either and I found out through them and ordered 2 tinctures which I currently use along with regular flushing.

Charly's protocol is good too! I copy and pasted it for my husband awhile ago and it started him flushing.....he stopped for awhile as he had a hard time with the oil but he is back on the bandwagon and I think he will be successful. Thank's Charly!!
