First day post cleanse

I can't say that I think I'm fully detoxed, but yesterday was my day 10 and I just couldn't do it any longer. I had told myself 10 days from the start and then to think to extend it, I couldn't. My tongue isn't clear yet, though it's better than it was. I'm a bit disappointed, but I guess I know now that I can do it again if I want/need. I think my actual detox started late, like around day 4 or 5. That's when I started feeling the symptoms. So I would probably benefit from another 4 or 5 days... ugh. Oh well, I've been drinking OJ this morning so it's too late.
