When you break the fast lets re-introduce foods slowly so you don't stress out your liver. Start with yogurt. Always organic! (goat is best) Within two days move on to foods like oatmeal, egg protein, almond butter and vegetable protein. After 4 or 5 days of this you can go back to your normal, healthy diet.
