Neem soap? Where?

I'm having trouble finding the neem soap--neither Whole Foods nor Wild Oats has it. I bought the Borax, and forgot what for . LOL. I "shake and baked" one cat, but I didn't fog the house and now they are reappearing.

I'm going to Look for Zodiac fogger today. Health store was lacking.....so much to deal with. Someday, I told my son, I will be grateful for fleas (Great Book: Corrie Ten Boom) but right now, I AM NOT.
