The best reference I have found for raw-food protein, as well as delicious recipes & so much more, is The Sunfood Diet Success System by David Wolfe. Some sources mentioned are hemp powder (Whole Foods store carries it), sesame, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, bee pollen, spirulina, blue-green algae, chlorella, goji beries, maca root & cacao. Your local library may have a copy of this book, or you could ask them to order it.
One other thing I was not aware of, nuts & seeds should be eaten with green leafy vegetables for better balance.
