tooth removal more effective than amalgam replacement?

I am going to Tijuana to have 14 amalagams disposed of. I am considering just haveing the teeth removed, as I am exibiting many signs of a nervous disorder. Will I have permanent sensitivity after complete removal of teeth, they are pretty healthy now. Will they have to drill into Amalgam to remove tooth? What about drilling and root canal, I have one of those too. I think I will go to Dr. Arichtega, any thoughts on the dentists there?
