My dog has fleas :( The Hartz advanced care flea and tick drops don't seem to be doing anything. I've tried garlic in her food and lavendar essential oil diluted rubbed on her fur. I don't know what else to do. Can I give her a bath with flea shampoo today even though I put the hartz on her yesterday? Thanks.
