curcuma and coptis - where do they fit in???

Sorry to bang on about this!!

Been over 5 days and still no reply from sensible health. As I said I did mention in my message that I wouldn't be buying from them as I'd found a supplier this side of the pond so that might be why. Or I might just be impatient!! :)

Still no mention from anybody on how these two herbs (curcuma and coptis) fit in to the flush pre program if at all. Dosages and when to take in the day and for how long would be appreciated. Or do I just take them just before the oil like it says on the site?
