i think i remember hearing this...but i wanted to make sure
i was at wholefoods today to buy some almond butter, as i've never had it and i figured it oughta be healthy in small portions because lately i havent taken enough fats
so i find their brand of natural almond butter
im thinking, its whole foods brand. it has to be healthy
till i get it home, look at the ingredients, and relize the almond butter is made from dry roated almonds (didnt say it on the front)
i've ehatrd dry roasting turns the fats into bad fats...should i throw it out?
