Concerned aunt has a very good suggestion. However if you already ordered... oh well

Julia suggested only taking the herbs... no water. do not dilute them with anything since they work much better straight from the bottle. she also said do not drink water before or after... I think I waited 1/2 hour. Or at least 15 minutes.
